What's the Challenge?

The focus of the hackathon is multimodal AI innovation with two models from Rhymes AI. Aria allows participants to explore how AI can seamlessly process text, images, video, and code within a single framework. Allegro enables creative and stunning implementations of text-to-video generation capabilities in your new projects.

The possibilities are endless:

Create custom multimodal models using Aria as a foundation.
Develop AI-powered solutions that solve real-world challenges, from healthcare to education.
Optimize workflows with Aria's powerful architecture - like automated video captioning or document summarization - and Allegro's text-to-video capabilities.
You'll be supported with workshops and mentorship sessions to get hands-on with Aria and Allegro's API, while building and refining your own AI applications.

Explore the world's first open-source, natively multimodal MoE model, Aria, capable of processing diverse data formats with efficiency. With 3.9 billion activated parameters per token and a 64K token context window, Aria offers powerful capabilities such as captioning 256-frame videos in just 10 seconds.

Additionally, Allegro - our text-to-video model - will be available, empowering participants to turn text into high-quality videos, unlocking new ways to generate content automatically at your command.

Participants will gain exclusive direct access to both Aria's and Allegro's API, with compute sponsored by Rhymes AI, along with cookbooks, tutorials, and best practices to accelerate development. All compute resources needed for the hackathon will be sponsored by Rhymes AI, though time and capacity limitations may apply. This ensures participants can fully leverage the power of our models without worrying about infrastructure costs.
