If you wish to review, rectify, or supplement your Account Personal Information, or query and manage (modify or delete) the basic business Personal Information (basic profile) and contact Personal Information submitted while using our Services.
(2) Copying Personal Information
If you need to copy your recent conversation history;
If you need to transfer your Personal Information to a third party (right to data portability);
If you wish to query and manage (modify or delete) the basic business Personal Information (basic profile) and contact Personal Information submitted when creating and using your account Services.
(3) Deletion of Personal Information
If you need to delete your recent conversation history;
If you wish to delete the basic profile Personal Information submitted while using our Services.
You may also contact us to request the deletion of other Personal Information in the following circumstances:
- If you view that our handling of user Personal Information violates laws or regulations;
- If you view that our processing of Personal Information severely violates our agreement with you.
